The re-certification evaluation subject to ISO 9001:2000 at Indop was performed on 13 and 14 March 2003. The review was carried out by external auditors Mr Anton Klasinc and Mr Miran Gašper of the BVQI certification body. Gorenje Indop successfully passed the audit (no inconsistencies were found) and our quality certification was renewed for another three years (until March 2006).
Successful re-certification and the commitment of our management encourage us to continue with the process-based approach in order to further increase the satisfaction of our customers. |
